Our clients appreciate her excellent listening skills and her “can do” attitude. In addition to her work with the Equity Rise Team, Mikayla is a talented actress and model. She co-stars with our Managing Partner, Brett Monk in the action-adventure short film “Missing Man” which is currently making the rounds in the film festival circuit. She also helps with many of our marketing and business development projects

Brett has over thirty years of experience in advertising, media production, real estate, , and website design. Brett is Google AdWords Certified, and also manages our online marketing campaigns. He has worked as a TV/Film producer/director for many clients in the DC area and worldwide and is an award-winning independent filmmaker. He co-stars with Mikayla Mulgrew, our Client Service Coordinator, in the patriotic action-adventure film, "Missing Man". He also spent over ten years as the founder and leader of a local non-profit organization. Brett is married to Leigh Anne Monk . They live in Northern Virginia with their Goldendoodle, Jethro.
