	Leigh Anne Monk - Licensed in VA Leigh Anne Monk has over twenty years of business experience, primarily in the fields of real estate and communications. In addition to her expertise as an agent, Leigh Anne is an active real estate investor with experience in numerous types of investment strategies. She has developed a niche in the real estate market of working with individual investors to develop cash-flow opportunities. Leigh Anne is the president of Providence Property LLC, a property management company which she co-owns with her husband Brett. Leigh Anne is also active in her church and community where she volunteers for several charities.

	Mark Wozniak - Licensed in VA and MD Mark’s penchant for real estate sales coupled with his strong experience working with home buyers, home sellers, and investors makes him an ideal residential real estate professional. He is able to advise and provide in-depth service across a diverse array of your real estate needs. As a former Partner in one of the world’s top consulting firms, he has world-class experience in marketing, sales, negotiation, and delivering on commitments. As a real estate & home investment specialist, he brings that same level of professional capability to Virginia property sales and purchases.With 20 years of experience in Northern Virginia, Mark has worked with clients all over this region, and has personally lived in areas from Arlington & Alexandria to Fairfax & Centreville. 	Lenny Hererra-Mass - Licensed in VA Lenny joins our team as a Buyer’s Agent with 8 years experience as a real estate professional, and 13 as a real estate investor. Originally from Bolivia, Lenny speaks fluent Spanish. In addition to helping many families find a home, Lenny has worked extensively with investors from both the U.S. and overseas who want to invest in real estate. She has lived both here in Northern Virginia and in the Orlando, Florida areas. Lenny is actively involved in the community - helping youth reach their potential, and educating people on starting their own businesses. She is also an active member of the PTA for her daughter’s school. Lenny lives in South Riding with her husband Luis, their daughter Jackie, and golden retriever Kandy.
	Karen Blake - Marketing and Business Development Karen has over twenty years of media and marketing experience. She serves many roles at the Equity Rise Team, from creating and managing the production of our advertising materials and campaigns to recruiting agents and staff. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology. Karen has vast experience producing training, advertising, and promotional videos and marketing campaigns for various clients in New York City. Karen also has experience in leadership and organizational growth and has helped guide several organizations to the next level. She has lived in Reston and South Riding and currently lives in Manassas. Karen has two daughters, Melody and Alyssa, who are both pursuing careers in New York City. Karen is a co-founder of Real Estate Photography Class.
	Brett Monk - Marketing and Business Development Brett has over twenty years of leadership, media, and website design experience. He leads the website design and software development team that develops custom solutions for our clients and staff. Brett is Google AdWords Certified, and also manages our online marketing campaigns. He has worked as a video producer/director for many clients in the DC area and worldwide. He also spent over ten years as the founder and leader of a local non-profit organization. He is a member of Leadership Fairfax and active in the community. Brett is married to Leigh Anne (above) and they have lived in Fairfax County for over twenty years. When he isn't helping the Equity Rise Team grow and develop, he is the bass player for the local classic rock band, Sudley Road. Brett is a co-founder of Real Estate Photography Class.
	Debbi Ridenour , GRI, CRP, ePRO - Transaction Coordinator Debbi began her real estate career in the 80’s in Commercial Property Management & Leasing. As a residential sales agent, Debbi gained the personal experience and understanding of a Realtors® day to day activities. Her experience in the sale of Corporate and REO owned homes, led to a corporate position working directly with corporate relocation companies and banks to manage and market their properties. Debbi was early to embrace the Internet for promoting listings which led to her being recruited by the largest privately owned real estate company in the nation. She was instrumental in the launching of their eReal Estate Department. Debbi brings excellence and customer service to our clients from the time the contract is ratified until settlement.
	Joyce Raymond, RCC, ePRO - Transaction Coordinator Joyce’s background includes many facets of the relocation industry including marketing, personnel management, infinity programs, group moves, agent training, and the management of a referral brokerage. In 2001, Joyce was promoted to help lead the growth of the eReal Estate department for the largest privately owned real estate company in the nation. Her expertise in the understanding of the Internet consumer, helped mold the department. She was instrumental in revising the department’s webpage, new employee training, and in developing departmental policies and procedures. Joyce’s problem solving ability and commitment to customer service gives our clients a great experience from contract to close.
